June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month 2024. While every day is an opportunity to spread awareness, this month, for the second year in a row, our mission is to break the stigma and shatter the silence surrounding men's mental health.

Through our campaign at https://MenTELL.ca/SpeakUp, we encourage men from all walks of life to speak up by sharing a tool or tip that helps them maintain their mental wellbeing and escape from dark places. By sharing, we believe each one of us holds the key to unlock someone else's prison. Together, we can educate, learn from each other, and improve men's mental health awareness.
