It’s Mental Health Awareness Week from the 18th 24th May

In this video I talk about what I feel are the main topics of discussion around such an event.

I give my opinion on the benefits of MHAW as well as the perils.

The two main questions I have are:

1. Can MHAW help reduce the number of people with Mental Health Issues?
2. Can MHAW help reduce the numbers of suicides in the UK?
