Radio in this video is from 1999 Mercedes SL500. I can integrate same adapter into any factory Mercedes radio that has cassette tape.
There are 2 options available. Adapter shown in the video allows handsfree phone calls and music streaming. It has pigtail unit. Second option allows to stream only music and has no pigtail unit.

I'm working on integrating handsfree and music streaming unit into radio without pigtail unit. Will make video of latest version soon.
