Welcome to this Vinyasa Flow yoga class working up towards mermaid pose!
This is the perfect fulllength online yoga class (2020) to spend 55 minutes cultivating strength, balance, and body control as well as releasing tension in your neck and back and opening your hips.

In this 55minute yoga flow, you will be working through yoga poses to strengthen your back, creating mobility in your shoulders as well as opening your hips, hip flexors and entire front side body.
Poses like cobra, scandasana, high lunge are combined with intense core work and some fluid animal movement to give you a sweaty, fullbody workout, leaving you feeling energized and invigorated. It ends with some restorative poses and a nice savasana.
