This video attempts to summarise the metabolic fates of acetyl CoA. More specifically, I will be comparing the fed state against the fasting state and how each triggers specific, metabolic pathways, hormones and metabolic products.

In short, by the end of this presentation you should have a good handle on the events that lead to acetyl CoA being diverted into differing metabolic pathways and the consequences this has on the metabolism. Enjoy :)
