taste of simple steamed
rice,also used in many
subjis,you can also
enjoy in curd onion chutney..

Ingredients:

. 1/2 cup bengal gram
(chana dal)

.1/2 cup unskined black gram
(urad dal)

. 1/2 cup roasted chana dal
(dariya)

. 1/2 cup rice

. 1/2 cup flatten rice
(poha)

. 1/4 cup wheat

. 3 4 dry red chilly
(as per taste)

. 1 tbsp cumin seeds

. 1 tsp dry ginger powder

. 1/2 tsp asafoetida
(hing)

. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

. 1/2 tsp fenugreek powder

. 1/2 tsp black papers

. 5 6 cloves


Method:

. Dry roast all ingredients
on low flame as shown
in video.

. Add turmeric powder,
hing and ginger powder.

. Allow to cool at
room temperature.

. Grind it for fine powder.

. Sieve it properly for
more fine powder.

. Again grind coarse powder
and sieve it.

. Metkut is ready

. Allow to cool at
room temperature
and store in dry airtight
container for 2 3 months.
