Footage of an Metro North M8 Set operating on New Haven Line Super Express Train 1560 to New Haven. This PM rush hour train departs Grand Central and operates nonstop to Fairfield, and then makes all stops to New Haven. The train runs along the NYbound express track for most of its express run, and then wrong rails east of East Norwalk all the way out to New Haven via the NYbound local track. This inversion of NYC and CT local trains on that section of the line is common during the PM rush on weekdays.

The automated announcements for the FairfieldBlack Rock station still were not updated, with trains mentioning the Fairfield Metro name. The station signage was updated at the time of recording and manual announcements made by the crew mentioned FairfieldBlack Rock. The station name was changed to avoid confusion with the nearby Fairfield station, as well to highlight its proximity to the Bridgeport neighborhood of Black Rock.
