Metroid Prime Remastered - Any% Speedrun in

This is the current fastest time for Remastered Any%. This is my first finished run and is very, very bad. There's about 5+ minutes of mistakes in this run.
Very improvable, but it is deceptively hard to finish a run of this category. From falling out of bounds killing you, to the Triclops out of bounds being somewhat inconsistent, to health management to Plasma beam, it's a very, very punishing run.
I may try to improve this in the future, but as of right now, I'm busy, so I won't have much time to do so.

There's a few tricks I didn't do in this run because I decided I wanted to use a route that I could feasibly complete. Early Wild isn't used in this run because it's a 1 try only trick and doesn't change my route much. I did not do a wallcrawl in Main Plaza to access Vault from behind because I didn't feel comfortable enough doing it to save time. I did the Energy Core puzzle because I didn't want to add a wallcrawl similar to the Ice Beam one in the middle of the run.

Q: Why are you playing on Casual?
A: It's faster. There is no other reason. For a lot of experienced players of this game (and other versions), difficulty generally doesn't make the game harder for us. It just makes it take longer.

Q: Why are the scans instant?
A: If you save after completing the game, you can start a new game on that file with everything you've scanned previously.

Q: Why are you using Pointer controls?
A: It's what I'm most comfortable with. I've tried dual stick and don't like the gyro as much, and I don't like the beam switching. Pointer feels similar to the Wii version, but not quite as responsive. I use a Pro Controller as well.
