milk pudding 😋 Delicious and Fluffy

Make a delicious milk pudding , with rich semolina cream, crispy foil and aromatic syrup.

Recipe ingredients
1 Packet of puff pastry
200 gr. Melted butter

For the cream
2 liters of milk
200 g Sugar
200 g Fine semolina
60 g Butter
4 eggs
2 Vanillins
Zest of 1 lemon

For the syrup
2 cups Water
500 gr. sugar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Cinnamon stick

Execute recipe
Pour 2 liters of milk into a saucepan
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Vanillins
Boil the milk on medium heat until it becomes lukewarm
Put 4 eggs in a bowl
Beat them for a few minutes until they are fluffy
Put 200 gr. Sugar
200 gr. Fine semolina
Pour the mixture into the warm milk
Mix with a wooden spoon for a few minutes, until the cream sets
Add 60 gr. butter, and remove from heat
Butter a 36 cm round pan.
Butter the leaves one by one
Place 6 sheets of crust on the bottom
Pour the cream
Turn the leaves inside out
Place 6 crust sheets on top
Cut the surface of the dessert into pieces
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C in the air for about 1 hour
Remove the dessert from the oven, and syrup with cold syrup
Let it cool and absorb all the syrup and serve

For the syrup
We will need 2 tea cups of water
500 gr. Sugar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Cinnamon Wood
When it starts boiling, leave it for 5 minutes
