4 jaunes d’œufs
1 gousse de vanille ou 1 cuillère a café de vanille liquide
2 x 125 g de beurre

Pour le glaçage
260 g de sucre glace tamisé
40 g de blanc d’œuf
1 cuillère a café de jus de citron

50 g cornflour
4 egg yolks
1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
2 x 125 g butter

For icing
260 g sifted icing sugar
40 g of egg white
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
