Making tissue collage paper is a great way to personalize and create textures on your projects. Today I will demonstrate 3 of my favorite techniques for altering tissue paper using a variety of mediums. These tissue collage paper techniques will include using inks, paints, stencils, stamps, modeling paste and gel mediums. I will also include some completed pages and inspiration for how to use these tissue collage papers in your art journal.
