Mingzhou Ding, Ph.D. is a Distinguished Professor in the EGMedical Engineering Department at the University of Florida, and Researcher at the UF McKnight Brain Institute. Mingzhou’s research focuses on applying engineering approaches to understand the neural basis of cognitive functions, and their impairments by neurological and psychiatric disorders. He is internationally known for his work in multimodal neuroimagining, novel methods of brain signal analysis, neuronal oscillations, largescale networks, cognitive aging, pain processing, and cognitive impairments in Parkinson’s disease and other disorders. Mingzhou is CoLead Investigator of the FPRF research project “Mapping Towards a Cure: Identification of Neurophysiologic Signatures of Trigeminal Pain.”
