In 2011 I bought my youngest son a mini bike. He used it for a few years, but it was slow and eventually he quit using it. We moved and brought the bike along and it has sat, untouched for about 8 years since. My kids are older now and no longer live with me. I don't have football or baseball or lacrosse games to go to anymore. So I decided to attempt to make the mini bike run better. I tore into the engine and reengineered some stuff.
