If you have coronary heart disease, heart valve disease, stable angina, have undergone a cardiac rehab programme following stents, bypass surgery or a heart attack, or even if you have high blood pressure and want a moderate cardiovascular workout to follow, then this 35 minute routine will be ideal. Ensure that it is safe for you to take part in this following advice from your doctor, cardiologist or cardiac team and make sure you take it conservatively on the first attempt.
