Many of you may be familiar with the sayings "Early Detection Saves Lives" and "Awareness Is Power" when Pink October rolls around. But these are not merely just fancy words they should be taken seriously.

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we remember those who lost the battle, honour the survivors, and support the progress made to defeat this disease.

In this 3 part video series, we spoke to 3 inspiring women from KPJ in conjunction with Pink October. We hope the powerful words from Rosnani Ismail, a cancer patient and our staff at KPJ, will empower you to take action and motivate you to step up for your health.

Together, let's pledge to encourage more women to go for the necessary screenings, continuously keep ourselves educated and support other women who may be going through this difficult journey. Early detection CAN save lives and awareness IS power.
