Wow this took forever to upload (I think around 2.5 hours for 7 minutes of content? Yikes)

Like I said in the video, I wanted to get a quick one in since my next few projects might take a while. I had wanted to save a tutorial for later, but who says I can't make another one haha
This tutorial covers how I make semianimated icons! This is really more of a step by step on how I made this icon, but it's sort of a tutorial on my process. It really stinks that Deviantart doesn't allow anything over 15kb, so I have to work with that I guess. I hope you all like this tutorial! If there is anything specific you would like me to make a tutorial for in the future, let me know in the comments!!
Also I would be very very happy if you didn't just trace over this art and make your own icon because this character belongs to someone
