Miss USA 2023 will be the 72nd Miss USA pageant that will be held on the week of September 29, 2023, at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. Morgan Romano of North Carolina will crown her successor at the end of the event. The winner will go on to represent the United States at Miss Universe 2023 competition.

This was the first edition of the pageant to be held under the ownership of fashion designer Laylah Rose and was streamed on The CW website and mobile app.
