The video kicks off in bustling Baghdad at Jandool, a restaurant famous for its mouthwatering Lahm Bi Ajeen. When I discover that this dish hails from Mosul, I make a joyful promise to revisit the city and learn how to cook it myself. And boy, did I keep that promise! I arrived in Mosul and had an absolute blast celebrating New Year's Eve with my dear friends. The days that followed were filled with one culinary adventure after another, trying everything from pacha to tashreeb gas. But the highlight of my trip was undoubtedly my visit to Mosul Mathak, a humanitarian project kitchen, where I learned to whip up the most delicious kibbi, dolma, and brma. And finally, I had the pleasure of sharing my newfound baking skills with the audience, teaching them how to make the most scrumptious bread. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I hope it makes you smile!
