As you may know, I've been building a custom house in Kansas City, Missouri as an ownerbuilder. It's been a long, tough road with many obstacles in between, but the build is finally almost complete, and I figured I'd share the process with you all, how much it costs to build a custom house in 2022, and the mistakes I've made along the way.

It's no easy task, nor is it cheap, but overall, it's an experience I'm glad to have gone through, and I can't wait to see the final result.
