The ingredients for the dough we used for Mizithra`s Flaounes are:
1 kg of hard flour type rustic, 3 gr. Salt. 11 gr. Baking Powder
100 grams of sugar, 2 grams. mahleb, 2 g of mastic, 5 g of vanilla, 200 ml of oil,
200 ml of orange juice, 300 ml of water.
Ingredients: 1 kg unsalted Mizithra, 1 lowfat halloumi 180 gr. One bunch of mint, 150 grams of pineapple, 2 eggs, 3 grams of maple, 3 grams of mastic, 200 grams of powdered sugar, 75 grams of semolina, 1 gram of cinnamon, 5 grams of vanilla and 35 grams of Baking Powder.
Ingredients for outside: About 200 g sesame seeds and 1 egg.
