On Monday, MLSPIN released a response to the DOJ's statement of interest in the Nosalek lawsuit. In it, they make their intentions clear that they will not be removing the buyer agent compensation field since it's been an accepted practice for OVER 100 YEARS! They stated that it would require new legislation in order for them to comply with the new NAR settlement rules which they do not agree with. Grab your popcorn it's about to get interesting!!
