Due to the derailment of locomotive 1562 at Guarda Station on March 4, 2023, a special train (“Help Train” as we call it here in Portugal) went to Guarda to assist in the rerailment.

This video captures this special train at Castelo Branco Station, on its return journey to Entroncamento, and also captures an international freight train on its journey to Spain, via the border station of Vilar Formoso.
