Mobility Flow For Birth Prep

Mobility exercises serve two major purposes during pregnancy:

1. Preparing your pelvis and pelvic floor for birth
2. Optimizing fetal positioning

These exercises should be done in a pain free range of motion and only if they feel good or productive for your body. Mobility exercises aren't meant to cause pain, instead they're meant to nudge your body a little in ways it doesn't typically move while introducing more space into your joints and flexibility into your muscle.

Repetition is key, and the more often you do these, the better they should feel! I recommend starting a daily mobility flow in the third trimester to get your body and baby ready for birth!
