Mobility routine for posture, resistance band routine. Here is a mobility routine I use a few times a week to improve my posture. All you need is a resistance band and some space around you to move. Grab a light to medium resistance band and follow along with me! These are some of the best stretches I know to relieve shoulder stiffness and improve posture.
