Chocolate Mochi Ingredients:
60g/2oz Glutinous rice flour
100ml/ water
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cacao powder dissolve in 1/2 tbsp hot water
potato starch for dusting

Chocolate Ganache cream filling:
30g dark chocolate
30g semi sweet chocolate
50g heavy cream
1/2 tsp rum
