Hey guys! So this is my mock meet recap video, and things didn't go as planned. Squats went okay, but bench and deadlifts went trash. But still posting my lifts and talking about what happened that day. Also, it was my first time going to a powerlifting gym! (watch till end for Mochi cameo )
