Watch Mohamed ElErian deliver his graduation speech to the Wharton MBA Program for Executives Class of 2024 (East) at the ceremony in Philadelphia on May 18, 2024.

More about our Executive MBA (EMBA) program:

An executive MBA program, also known as an EMBA program, is designed for students who are further along in their careers and want to continue working fulltime while in school. Schedules vary among programs, but most offer parttime formats like weekend classes. At Wharton, EMBA students earn the same MBA degree as fulltime MBA students.

With the same outstanding faculty, the same access to exceptional professional resources, and the same degree as Wharton’s fulltime MBA, there are now three ways to earn the Wharton MBA in a format for working professionals: in Philadelphia, in San Francisco, or in Wharton’s new Global format.
