In this video we look at how to play John Coltrane's Moment's Notice. Moment's Notice is one of the most famous jazz standards, and is common at jam sessions all over the world. In this video we break down the harmony to the foundations, before then building it back up, analysing and explaining the additional chords as we go. We also cover the structure and melody to make it easier to learn and remember. This video also looks at chromatic 251s, passing chords and backdoor resolutions with examples captured from a birds eye view.
