Taken Monday November 7th 2022.Well its time to get the combine out hook the head up and get ready to cut beans ! Well its Monday so that means things go wrong and did they ever ! After getting a bunch of running done that morning I fired the combine up backed it out of the barn and it died like you turned the key off and would not fire back up ! I spent an hour and a 1/2 checking everything and it just fired up and I still have no idea what I did to fix it ! I got the head hooked up and brought up to the shop to replace a couple of bad hume reel boards and of course it was dark enough I just called it a night. Tuesday morning I went up replaced those 4 boards with new one I got at a sale (that video to come) and replaced a couple of bad sickle sections and a couple of belt guards and was ready to go ! Making the first pass around the field to open it up back by the woods it quit again like you turned the key off ! Walked all the way back to the barn for the truck and tools got back and found the wire to the electric fuel pump was pulled apart how I dont know but it was an easy enough fix ! Well I got back to cutting beans and made 3 rounds around the field and got into the ruts left by the spray guy and they was nasty to say the least and I tore up a bunch of sickle sections and guards because you just cant react fast enough in the cab ! I went down to my cousins and he had a bucket of used sections and guards a friend of his gave him so I can fix it in the morning. Got the combine unloaded and the tractor and wagon put up in the barn and I'm calling it a nigh cause its been a long day ! I hope tomorrow goes better for me cause rain is on the way soon and I want to get this done and get some wheat planted ! I hope you enjoyed watching. Bandit
