Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (136g)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder (2.5g)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda (1.5g)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (1.5g)
6 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (84g)
1/4 Cup Vegetable Shortening (48g)
1/4 Cup White Sugar (48g)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (48g)
1 Egg
2 Teaspoons Vanilla (10ml)
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (40g)
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (30g)
1/2 Cup M&M's Minis

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, shortening and two sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture just until combined. Fold in the oats, chocolate chips, nuts, and M&M's. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 1112 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire racks.
