Morning Glory Cloud. The wind goes Right to left, in front of the cloud (Towards the cloud) and Left to Right behind the cloud, (again towards the cloud.) This creates a convergence, pushing the air up. Thus creating the cloud.
Note as the cloud passes there are lower level clouds that track along the length of the cloud, (Towards the viewer).
If there are multiple clouds the whole patten repeats.
