Hey Runners! This video is a bit behind. Last week, I completed my longest run ever a whopping 16 miles! I wore my trusty Nike AlphaFly 3 shoes for this one, since they’re my goto for long runs. And guess what? These are also the shoes I’ll be wearing for the NYC Marathon! So, I’m excited to share this experience with you all.
