These are the main things I have found that you really want to be aware of when looking to purchase and old big boat. This comes from my experience buying and fixing up an old 34' houseboat, 26' pocket cruiser sailboat, and our current 1973 34' trawler "Neverland". To some the whole video up you want to look for rot, leaks, and engine health.
