Chicken soup with homemade noodles

Ingredients for preparing the broth:
½ domestic chicken or rooster
1 carrot
1 onion
2 potatoes
2 bay leaves
34 peas of fragrant pepper
peppercorns to taste
salt to taste

Ingredients for making homemade noodles:
360 g of flour
150 ml of water
2 egg yolks
2 Art. l. flour for dusting

Ingredients for making shortbread cookies:
150 g of wheat flour
70 g butter 82.5%
½ tsp. baking powder
