This Motion R/C's Lippisch P.15 flying wing was supposed to be the upgraded version of the Messerschmitt Me163 rocket plane. The ME163 'Komet" was the first airplane crossing the 1000 KM/h border (621 MPH). The Lippisch P.15 was supposed to have a turbine instead of a rocket engine. It was never built. This model from Motion RC.com bring this prototype to life. I love it, as it is fast and can also fly slow.
So here are 3 short flights, The Maiden, launched from my catapult, A hand Launch, and a Jet Assisted Take off from my Catapult to simulate the ME163.
