Motu Patlu let a criminal escape by mistake who locks up Inspector Chingum behind the bars. They must now try to catch hold of that criminal by disguising themselves. Motu dresses up as a Rich Arab and Patlu dresses up as his wife. They get a room at the same hotel where the criminal (daaga) is. Inspector Chingum secures all hotel entrances and exits while Motu Patlu try to catch Daaga!
