Earlier today one of our helicopters was shot down by insurgents, in response we are airlifting air assault troops to Landing Zone Polyana to conduct a search and destroy operation.

This is mission 7 of the 'Spring Tension' campaign which is included with the Mi8. The Campaign is largely fictional but reflects the counterinsurgency campaigns in the North Caucasus region in the 2000s.
