In this video I explain the mountain climbers exercise for beginners. I know this exercise can be tough if you're new to bodyweight fitness, so I teach it using progression. We start off with a straightarm plank and work our way through several progressions until your'e doing legit mountain climbers.

In my opinion, mountain climbers are one of the best calisthenics cardio exercises and I put them right up there with burpees. In fact, I show in this video how you can combine mountain climbers with burpees, high knees and other cardio calisthenics to make them more fun and effective.
