In todays Mountain landscape painting tutorial we are going to learn how to paint mountains with with acrylics.

This mountain landscape acrylic painting tutorial for beginners and intermediate painters. Is designed to be challenging for new painters. I have used a 10 inch x 12 inch white pre gessoed canvas board for this mountain landscape painting for beginners. But you can paint on paper, card and a board if you choose to at home.

None of the techniques in this how to paint mountains with acrylics video are hard. But they are time consuming. Try your best and take your time when painting. Go at your own speed and relax. Acrylics are great for beginners as they are so easy to use and if you make a mistake. Just dry your work and you can paint over it.

Please have a hairdryer handy to dry your work in places. Acrylics dry very fast, but the hairdryer allows you to quickly dry your work in order to not make a mistake.

By taking your time with each stage you will learn how to improve your realism but also how to paint a mountain landscape.
