The most gigantic southeasterly storm to hit Mousehole for decades. It peaked around high tide at 5pm 14 Feb 2014. The famous "Valentines Day Storm". Hurricane force winds caused massive damage to PenzanceNewlyn seafronts (and Dawlish railway line in Devon was cut off for months, isolating Penzance from rail travel up country).
