Map challenges: Start with forestry and two small fields, progress to chickens/cows, buy productions for sugar/dairy/flour etc, buy a few more fields to support all that, and then buy and place the Cookie Factory and Ice Cream Factory. There are 4 production factories (including wood pellet factory) to also own and make profitable.
