The Reservoir Square Development by Ryan Homes is being built in an area where the former Madison Square Apartments used to be. These apartments ultimately earned the name "Murder Mall" because of the crime that took place there. With little to no investment in the community, residents feel that the community feel by the wayside as politicians turned a blind eye to the problems in the community.
