MTA Bus | Introducing The Jamaica Busways

On October 6th,2021, Jamaica & Archer Avenues were Upgraded to serve primarily buses to create less traffic with cars/trucks. This upgrade will Increase bus speeds and reliability for 14 bus routes on Jamaica Ave. and 19 bus routes on Archer Ave.

Seen here are Q4, Q4LTD Q5, Q5LTD Q6, Q6LTD Q8, Q9, Q20A, Q20B, Q24, Q25, Q25LTD, Q30, Q31, Q34, Q41, Q42, Q44SBS, Q65, Q65LTD, Q83, Q83LTD, Q84, Q85, Q85LTD Q110, Q111, Q112, Q113LTD, Q114LTD, N4 & N4X bus action in the Jamaica Center Area. Taken during Rush Rour, some short turn buses will be seen such as:
