Ingredients
Oil3tbsp
Mustard 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1/2tsp
Curryleaves
Small onion 20 or Onion 1 big
Green chilli3
salt
Ginger 1tsp
Garlic 6
Turmeric powder 1/4tSP
Chilli powder 1tsp
Kashmiri Chilli 1/4tsp
Coriander powder1tbsp
Tomato 1
Tamarind water 1tbsp
Drumstick 2
Potato 1(opt)
Jaggery or sugar opt
Method
Heat oil ,splutter mustard seeds and fennel seeds ..
Then add curryleaves ,onion,ginger ,garlic ,chilli ,salt and saute till translucent .
Then add powders and saute till raw smell goes .
Then add tomato and tamarind water ,close the kadai and cook ..
Now add drumstick d potato mix well ,add water close and cook till done ..
Open the kadai and cook for another 5 minutes ..check the taste .. add jaggery or sugar if u want ..
Finally add curryleaves and sprinkle some coconut oil ..
so the tasty muringakka curry is ready to serve ,..
