1Flexion of the Leg @ the Knee Joint
2Extension of the Thigh @ the Hip Joint
3Lateral Rotation of the Leg @ the Knee Joint
Nerve:
Tibial (Long Head) and Common Peroneal (Fibular) (Short Head) [Sciatic Nerve]
Activation: (Prone) Resist Flexion of Leg and Extension of Hip
Lengthening: (Supine) Extension of Leg and Flexion of Thigh
