Origins:
1 Anterior fibers: Lateral 1/3 of the Clavicle
2 Lateral fibers: Acromion Process of Scapula
3 Posterior fibers: Spine of the Scapula

Insertion:
Deltoid tuberosity of the Humerus

Functions:
1 Flexion of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Anterior Fibers]
2 Medial Rotation of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Anterior Fibers]
3 Horizontal Adduction of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Anterior fibers]
4 Extension of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Posterior Fibers]
5 Lateral Rotation of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Posterior Fibers]
6 Horizontal Abduction of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Posterior Fibers]
7 Abduction of the Arm @ the GH Joint [Entire Muscle]
