21st Cuneiform

Functions:
1Eversion of the Foot @ the Subtalar Joint
2Plantar Flexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint

Nerve:
Superficial Fibular (Peroneal) Nerve

Activation: (Supine) Plantar Flexion and Eversion of the Foot
Lengthening: (Supine) Dorsi Flexion and Inversion of the Foot
