(Distal) Tendon of the Flexor Digitorum Longus

Insertion:
Dorsal Digital Expansion of the Toes #2 to #5

Functions:
1Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ the MTP Joints
2Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ the PIP & DIP Joints

Nerve:
Medial (#1) Plantar and Lateral (#2 & #3 & #4) Plantar Nerves

Activation: Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ MTP & Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ IP
Lengthening: Extension of the Toes #2 to #5 @ MTP & Flexion of the Toes #2 to #5 @ IP
