Superior Ramus of the Pubis (Pectineal Line of Pubis)

Insertion:
Proximal Posterior Shaft of the Femur (Pectineal Line of the Femur)

Functions:
1Flexion of the Thigh @ the Hip Joint
2Adduction of the Thigh @ the Hip Joint
3Anterior Tilt of the Pelvis @ the Hip Joint
4Medial Rotation of the Thigh @ the Hip Joint

Nerve:
The Femoral Nerve (L2, L3)

Activation: (Supine) Resist Adduction of the Thigh
Lengthening: (Supine) Abduction of the Thigh
