Proximal 2/3 of Posterior Surface of the Tibia, Fibula and Interosseous Membrane

Insertions:
12nd, 3rd, 4th Metatarsals
2Navicular Tuberosity
3All Three Cuneiforms
4Cuboid
5Calcaneus

Functions:
1Plantar Flexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint
2Inversion of the Foot @ the Subtalar Joint

Nerve:
Tibial Nerve

Activation: (Prone) Plantar Flexion with Inversion of the Foot
Lengthening: (Supine) Dorsiflexion with Eversion of the Foot
